Question 7 collects information about available statistics (e.g. studies, reports) compiled by Parties on the effects of the generation, transportation and disposal of hazardous wastes and other wastes on human health and the environment, including:

•     statistics/studies on occupational health effects on people who work in waste disposal facilities or factories where they come into contact with hazardous wastes

•     epidemiological studies on population living close to waste disposal facilities where the health of the population is being followed during a longer period of time

•     monitoring reports on the environmental effects of waste disposal facilities or waste producing factories, e.g. effects on animals, vegetation, surface waters, ground water, air quality, soil quality.
